Each API targets a specific pain point of working with Brazilian public
data in production — this isn't a generic lookup, it's the import/cleanup/maintenance work
someone at your company would otherwise have to own.
01
CNPJ Alphanumeric
For: fintechs, ERPs, onboarding/KYC systems
The new CNPJ format is already live. Your 14-digit numeric validator is about to break.
ProblemSince mid-2026 Brazil’s tax authority issues CNPJs with letters (e.g. 12ABC34501DE35). Old regex (^\d{14}$) rejects valid customers — signups break silently.
SolutionValidates both formats with the official check-digit algorithm, normalizes, formats, and generates test batches so QA covers the new format before it becomes a production incident.

Tax Reform Reference
For: fiscal ERPs, accounting firms, invoicing software
Brazil’s consumption tax reform changes its classification tables monthly. Someone has to track it — not you.
ProblemMisclassifying a transaction’s IBS/CBS code means a rejected invoice or, worse, a tax assessment. The official tables change without warning on your radar.
SolutionFull official classification table with every code linked straight to the exact statute article, plus the complete NCM table (10,515 codes) — both re-imported every month.

NF-e / RTC Validator
For: e-commerce, marketplaces, invoicing ERPs
Find out your invoice will be rejected before you submit it, not after.
ProblemEvery rejected e-invoice means manual rework, shipping delays, and at volume, a whole team just chasing down XML errors field by field.
SolutionReal validation against the complete official government XML schema (not a shallow check) — returns the exact field, the violated rule and a fix suggestion, before you ever submit.

Drug Registry + Pricing
For: pharmacy chains, price-comparison apps, health plans, PBMs
Keeping 26,000 drug prices current is a full-time job. Outsource it.
ProblemThe official price list ships as a raw monthly spreadsheet with no stable naming — parsing, cleaning and versioning it eats a developer’s time every month.
SolutionComplete official list (26,001 items) with regulatory registration, barcode and regulated prices already adjustable by state tax rate — re-imported from the source every month.

Procedure Code Crosswalk
For: health insurers, hospitals, telemedicine platforms
Providers speak one code standard, the public system speaks another. Getting it wrong means unpaid claims.
ProblemBilling with the wrong procedure code is a classic reason claims get denied. Matching two code tables by hand, item by item, doesn’t scale.
SolutionFree-text semantic search → procedure code, plus an official regulator crosswalk where one exists (always labeled as such, never disguised as a guess) and a text-similarity suggestion only when no official mapping exists.

For: insurtechs, health-search apps, provider networks, health logistics
494,662 active healthcare facilities. If it’s not here, it probably doesn’t exist.
ProblemVerifying that a provider is real, active, and pulling its tax ID/address/coordinates for a network or map means cross-referencing public registries in incompatible formats.

eSocial / Payroll Tables
For: payroll ERPs, accounting firms, HR software, fintechs
INSS, IRRF and the CBO occupation list change every year. Your payroll team shouldn't track them by hand.
ProblemThe official INSS/IRRF brackets and the 2,400+ CBO occupations come as raw portarias and loose tables — re-keyed by hand in every payroll system, and wrong versions cause fines.
SolutionThe current CBO list (canonical + synonyms) and the 2026 INSS/IRRF brackets with their legal basis, plus an auditable progressive INSS and IRRF calculator with the 2025-2026 tax relief.

For: fiscal ERPs, e-commerce, tax engines, logistics

For: accounting firms, fintechs, legal (debt calculation), ERP financial modules
SELIC, IPCA, INPC, IGP-M — and the official correction math, done right.
ProblemThe Central Bank publishes the raw series, but applying the official correction methodology (which months count, pro-rata, mid-period index changes) is where everyone errs.

ProblemKYC isn't a one-time check. Regulators require continuous monitoring, but detecting changes in the company registry requires versioned data most APIs don't keep.

For: compliance/KYC, due diligence, journalists, fraud detection, recruiters
Find a person by name, discover every company they own or manage.
ProblemYou have a name — not a CNPJ. Finding which companies a person controls means combing through registry files name by name. Nobody exposes this as an API.
SolutionSearch 28M shareholder records by name and get every company the person is linked to — with status, size, capital and state. ProblemA doctor who owns a clinic, a nurse with a side business, a therapist who is a partner in a chain — knowing the business interests behind a health professional means cross-referencing two government databases by hand.

How many nurses in São Paulo? Occupation counts, SUS participation, UF breakdown.

ProblemBrazil is migrating from CID-10 to the WHO ICD-11 — a completely different code system. Every health software will need the new codes and a way to translate legacy CID-10 data.
SolutionThe official ICD-11 MMS linearization (WHO 2024-01): 35,310 categories, 788 blocks, 28 chapters — searchable with hierarchy navigation — plus the official WHO ICD-10↔ICD-11 mapping files (12.3K + 17.2K links) to translate codes both ways.

The official ANVISA registry of every medicine in Brazil — registration, status, holder, restrictions.
ProblemEvery medicine in Brazil needs an ANVISA registration, but the official open-data file is a messy CSV in a server with broken TLS — nobody parses it and keeps it current.
SolutionThe official registry, clean and searchable: 43,444 products with active ingredient, therapeutic class, registration number, status (Active/Inactive), holder (CNPJ + name) and expiry — plus 16,395 usage/prescription restrictions and a live cross-reference to CMED prices.

Real and complete — not fabricated seed data. The healthcare facility directory is the entire
active national base, the drug registry has the full official list, the tariff code table has
every code currently in force, CID-10 is the complete Brazilian table, and the economic series
come from the Central Bank of Brazil. Sources for each domain are documented in the
API reference.
How does the data stay current?
An automated pipeline re-imports every external data source monthly, directly from official
government channels. If a source changes format, the import fails safely and keeps serving the
last good data — it never takes the API down.
Can I trust the procedure code crosswalk?
Where an official regulator mapping exists, the response is explicitly marked
is_official_crosswalk: true. For codes without an official mapping, the API returns
a text-similarity suggestion — always labeled as such, never disguised as official.
How is the risk score calculated? Is it a credit model?
The score is fully transparent and auditable: it starts at 50 and applies objective factors from the official Receita Federal data — status (ATIVA +20, BAIXADA −40, INAPTA −25), age (≥20y +15, ≥10y +10, ≥3y +5, young −5), size (large +10, small +5) and capital (≥R$1M +10, ≥R$100K +5). Each response lists the exact factors applied (fatores[]) and the full methodology (metodologia). It is a screening tool, not a credit model — it does not predict default and does not consider debt, liens or lawsuits. Combine with a bureau for final credit decisions.
Do I need a separate key per API?
No. One X-API-Key unlocks all 10 endpoints — CNPJ, Tax, NF-e, Medications,
Procedure crosswalk, Facility directory, Payroll, ICMS/CEST, CID-10, Indices, FX and CNPJ.
How do I get a key?
Reach out with your estimated usage and which domain interests you most — we'll set you up
with a Basic-tier test key so you can validate it before committing to a plan.
